Ghiacci Vecchi is only a stone’s throw away from two of Tuscany most stunning beaches: the Natural Park of Rimigliano and the Gulf of Baratti. A short drive will take you to some quaint Tuscan villages, such as San Vincenzo, Campiglia and Populonia.
Ghiacci Vecchi is the ideal destination to spend a beach holiday with your children and offers a wide range of accommodations.
All our apartments have a small but functional and fully equipped kitchenette.
Every year we carry out renovation or modernization works, for both the accommodations and the facility. As a matter of fact, all our bathrooms and kitchen were recently redecorated and renovated, and the same goes for most of our bedrooms.
Our apartments are all equipped with air conditioning. This service is available upon request and is not included in the price. However, its activation is rarely necessary, thanks to our stunning trees that surround the buildings and which offer shade and coolness even on the hottest days.
The reception is always available for our guests. Do not hesitate to contact the reception to request a high chair or a baby bed for your little ones, as well as well as a kettle and an American coffee maker.
When entering your holiday home, you will find your beds ready and you will have a set of towels per person, a tablecloth and a tea cloth. For stays longer than 10 days, at the end of the first week, a new set of clean linen is provided, free of charge.
It is also possible to request an extra change of linen: €15.00 for 2 people, €25.00 for 4 people.

Our three-room bungalows TC are located at the ground floor of terraced houses and are perfect for families traveling with small children. These bungalows can house up to 6 people (of which a maximum of 4 adults). The bungalows type TC consist of a bedroom with a double bed and chair bed and a bedroom with a double bed or, alternatively, with two single beds. They also include a kitchen – living room, where our guests will find a double sofa bed, a TV and a fully equipped kitchenette, with gas stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave and all one might need for cooking. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower and hairdryer. Finally, the bungalows feature a private, partly covered terrace, with table and chairs for eating outside.

This large studio apartment, which can house up to two people, is at the first floor of our large farmhouse and therefore it can only be accessed by stairs. The apartment is on two levels: the lower part features a kitchen-living room, which includes a kitchenette equipped with refrigerator with freezer compartment, gas/induction stoves, microwave oven and everything needed for cooking, TV and double sofa bed; the bathroom, completely renovated, is equipped with a shower, toilet and hairdryer. On the upper part, which is actually a wooden mezzanine and which can be reached via an internal flight of stairs, our guests will find a double bed.

Our four-room apartment TE, on the first floor of the large farmhouse, features two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment also includes a kitchen where our guests will have access to an induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and everything needed for cooking. A double sofa bed and a TV are also featured in the room. The four-room apartment TE also has a small living room and a very spacious balcony, with table and chairs.
The apartment is on the first floor and is therefore accessible only by stairs.

Finally, this incredibly large accommodation features 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet and hairdryer, and a roomy bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The apartment is on two levels and in fact there are two wooden mezzanines, accessible via an internal staircase.
